just get something to write with and something to write on, leave your mobile on the kitchen table, do not pick up your iPod, put on your walking shoes and head out the back door.
walk for 15 minutes then turn around and walk home for another 15 minutes.
make sure you write as you walk, or take down a few notes or at least write something when you get back inside.
You’ll be amazed at how creative you’ll feel.
